I was expecting the filter to be a true 24 inches and 1 inch, in reality it is 23 3/8" x 23 3/8" x 3/4". Otherwise the filter is ok.

I'm sure that the product is going to work well for the mail air return on one floor of the house. Merv 11 is a good level and it's combined with Merv 8 Charcoal; in each blower system. The only reason I didn't give a 4-5 is that they are 23 1/4 . Previous brands are 23 3/4 . That 1/2 inch makes positioning in the rack critical for a good seal. No real complaints though.
