Product is fine. The web site wasn’t clear on how to handle reoccurring orders. End the end I was charged for two orders on my credit card. The reorder reminder didn’t explain the fact that I needn’t do anything. The reorder happens automatically. The delivered reorder went against a cancelled credit card number. I contacted ‘customer service’ and they said that only one order was received and shipped. I verified the new valid credit card number so we will see what happens next reorder cycle and whether I receive a double order!

I have found with other manufactures that the cut of the box frame just doesn't seem that important to them. With MERV - 8 these fit great, no bending of the frame to fit, no pushing to resize for my opening. Just an all around great product.
