Too early to effectively rate these filters. We should get 3 months of service. But in the desert environment, dust and allergies are factors. If we get two months of service, we are satisfied.

I have been using your company and this product for about 5 years. The company and the filters are top notch. When you price the individual filter the big box stores can’t compete price wise. Granted the element is not wrapped in a shiney wrapper but comes packaged in a brown box. The shiney wrapper or the brown box end up in the trash.

i was quite skeptical about ordering air filters on line without first seeing the product. i was surprised to find a very well manufactured product better than what i was buying at the big box stores. my only complaint,which really was not a fault on the product, it was raining when my order was delivered. the outer filters where wet and now their warped. if they where wrapped in a plastic film i believe they would have survived. i would assume it would add to the cost.

These filters are about 1/3 the cost of comparable filters I can find in stores around here. I bought a box of 10 filters because I always want to have fresh ones on hand. They arrived a few days ahead of the listed schedule, and fit my furnace perfectly. It is holding up well after about 3 weeks of use - I have had some filters that buckled under the air flow, but these work fine. I had read many reviews before trusting to purchase from a company I didn't know. Thankfully I did purchase from them and am very happy that I did. AC Filter order was delivered when promised. As the DiscountFilters customer service rep said, their filters are spec'd to be about 0.5 inches smaller in length and width than the nominal dimension; however, that size difference didn't cause any problems in using the filters - they fit terrifically.
