The filters appear to be good quality. I haven't used them yet. The issue I have was related to shipping. The first shipment was damaged due to the mail service leaving them at the bottom of my porch steps in the rain. The company sent a replacement shipment free of charge. The second shipment arrived on a rainy day. The box again was left at the bottom of the porch steps. The box was wet but, unlike the first shipment, the filters were not damaged. That said, a suggestion... I purchased my filters from Ace Hardware prior to ordering through Discount Filters. Their filters have a thin plastic wrap around each filter. It protects the filters from dust and water. Since Discount Filters can't control the behavior of delivery drivers, I recommend they wrap their filters in a similar manner. It will also help keep dust off of the filters when stored (I purchased a dozen and have two HVAC system, so they will be stored for a while).
