I haven't opened the box yet as I still have a few from my last order, but I wouldn't keep ordering them if I wasn't happy with them. My only complaint was that my order was left on the front porch in the pouring rain without being covered in plastic. My side door has an awning over it which would have been a better option. I wasn't home at the time and had no email letting me know it would be arriving that day.

For the price, rating and delivery included in price, it was better than the big box stores had to offer. I bought 12 filters which should last a year or more. Until then, I’ll reserve my review on how well they work which I’m sure will be good. Your refrigerator replacement water filters appear to be half of what I pay for our Samsung refrigerator. My concern is how reliable are they? And have you had any performance issues reported with these filters?

The product is very good but I think that this time the handling was very poor. My filters in the past have come through in very good shape. This order not so good. I had to go through and reshape a lot of the reinforcement screens on most of the 12 filters I received. It don't look to me like this happened from shipping but more so due to who ever packaged these filters from the manufacturer. None of the filter material was torn or had holes in it so I just reshaped the screens as best I could by hand.

I used to buy the expensive filters until the man that services my A/C told me that the thicker expensive filters make the unit work much harder and therefore more expensive to run and the cheaper ones are perfectly adequate and better for the unit!
