The problem lies with the shipper, the box had a terrible crush to it, But I think the filters will work okay, maybe with duct tape.

The price is good but the problem with the filters is that they are not made to size. They are not a true 14" X 25". They are 1\4" smaller than that which allows them to make noise when the heat or A/C TURNS ON OR OFF.
