Good filters at a much reduced price that that of the local stores, which is a plus for me on a fixed income. The email reminders of when to change the filters is also a nice customer service feature. As far as customer service goes, Discount Filter is at the top of the "A" game companies. Does not fit well in 2 sided dimensions. The outer shell takes away the surface area for filtration, because of the wide cardboard ribs.

Good price. Great value for the money but unknown quality. The filter looks nothing like a comparable competitor’s such as 3M or Honeywell. Since there are no MERV/ASHRAE whatev, markings on the filters themselves, there is no way to prove any quality rating.
