I had delivery damage twice. Customer Service came through and had replacements delivered promptly in both instances with no hassles. I like the Merv 8 filters. Took longer than expected due to back order. This was not a problem since we had recently replaced the old filter. Have not used the filter but based on comparison to previous brand from Lowe’s, these filters look to be much better quality. Also, arrived in a box inside a box. So I appreciate the care taken to make sure they arrived safely.
