I ordered 10x10 pleated filters over the fiberglass I previously used. I am quite disappointed in that the pleated filters, although stated so, are not 10x10. They are more like 9x9. Consequently, every time the a/c starts or stops, the filter is either sucked up to the frame or dropped to the retainer plate making a very noticeable bang. Not happy.
