This activated carbon insert can be used with most adult sized masks. Constructed of multiple layers - non-woven fabric + melt-blown fabric + activated carbon fabric. Dimensions approximately 3-1/4" H X 4-3/4" W.

I tired an insert with my favorite cloth mask for 3 days and I honestly did not notice a difference in the air quality. The insert was not large enough to fill the inside of the face mask and I had to keep adjusting it which added to the inconvenience of having to cover my face! I have to give the inventors 3 stars for creating it but I do not see any usefulness.
