The filters are of the same or better quality than those that can be purchased at the big box stores. The main reason I purchase these is that they are Made in USA. I just wish that the filters were labeled as such. There is no Country of Origin anywhere on the product. Very happy with product and this was my 2nd order! But the box came slightly crushed. There's no extra space at all in the box and filters are packed too tightly. Perhaps a stronger/larger box? The one filter was deformed from the damage but was still useable fortunately.

Sorry, I had two rental properties I sent filters to on a regular basis and this time somehow the wrong filters got sent so the people didn't use them because wrong size. I didnt know so couldnt change the order or send back. has always been great til now, and we sold other property in Dec so I'm not sure how it happened. I probably didnt double check but sent to correct address, just wrong filter size
