Customer service was beyond great. One package of my original shipment went astray. Discountfilters immediately shipped out a replacement, at no additional cost to me. Had a defective one in the box it was made wrong on one side of the filter other than that quality is there just had a bad one out the group of them I would suggest better packaging of the filters they are exposed to bending or breaking due to shipping travel with no cushioning inside the box just bare filters inside a box with no protection incorporated inside or bubbles or something they need to work on that besides that the quality is there

My only comment is that the 20X20X1 filters measure at 19.5X19.5X1 which is too short to fit my A/C vent openings. The 20x20x1 filters bought from major manufacturers are 19.75X19.75 and they are a better fit for me.

I like these filters and when shipped from Discount Filters they arrive undamaged. My biggest concern is if I ever have an experience like I had with the 18x18's it will not be pretty. So I think I am done with Discount Filters.
