the 18x18 is a bit larger than store bought 18x18 and needs to be bent in order to install in an 18x18 wall filter housing. This has been an ongoing problem for me, but I have way to many to just discard them.

I built two house filtering systems using box fans and 4 filters. I used the 11 merv the first time,and within two months they were gray in a 1400 sq home with basement. They have made our allergies much better.
