I ordered a 12 pack of 16x25x1 Merv 13 furnace filters. When the box arrived, it was damaged like something heavy fell on it. When I opened the box, I found that all 12 filters were damaged. I called customer support and talked with Amanda. She arranged for a replacement carton of 12 filters to be shipped to replace the damaged shipment. I also sent several pictures of the damaged box and filters. The replacement shipment arrived in about 5 days without damage. I sent Amanda another email thanking her for excellent customer service and to let her know that the replacement box of filters arrived without issues.

I fail to understand why my recent purchase of Merv 13 filters differs so greatly from previous merv 13 orders. See the comparison photos. The recent order has air filters with only about 18 folds while all previous orders contain about 24 folds. (See photo) What gives? I cannot believe they are equivalent filters.

I haven't used the product yet. It will be 2 months before I will need to change my filters again. So at least 4 to 5 months before I will be able to rate them. Sorry....But I do want to say thank you for such wonderful customer service. My filters were delivered to the wrong address and new ones were sent to me immediately. Promptly received order. Installing first filter today. Frontal exposure of the filter has a lot of sq.in. restriction from cross-hatch support, all the rear of the filter is well constructed and is well supported, wire-mesh and paper cross hatching. I change my filters on a 45 day schedule. Ninety days is to long and puts to much amp. load on the furnace motor. Haven't used MERV13, always 8s in the past. Will see how long the filter will last in our environment.

I received the filters from USPS and they were smashed. I was very upset as I had bought 12. I emailed the company and was told by a very nice lady that they would ship 12 new filters to me by FedEx. I received them in 2 days in excellent shape. I would definitely order from them again if they didn't ship USPS because I am afraid of this happening again.
