I like the product and your service. I like the Made in USA. I don't like that they are being made a little less than 3/4" wide now. They will be making a noise when the airflow goes off or comes on.

It does the job I need it to do. The white 24"x12"x1" are about 1/8" to small in the filter frame.

These filters are lightweight filters, not the type most people would recommend for high rated air filtration in their A/C. But they are exactly the type I need for my home system, which uses a main 4 to 5" thick, heavy-duty filter, in place at the main intake of the air handler in the attic. In order to extend the life of the heavy-duty air handler filter, I use these Fiberglass 1" filters in the ceiling intake duct in the home's hallway. Plus, they keeps the A/C ductwork a bit cleaner.

I'm amazed at the fact that the box they arrived in didn't have a flat corner or crushed in some other way. They look as good as some that I used to buy at the A/C shops, that I used to put in rental dwellings. Probably will purchase more as needed.

These are nice filters. I do not use the pleated filters they don't have enough air flow. Just change these filters more often. They are getting hard to find in the hardware stores.
