One was smashed so bad it is probably not usable,the other one beside it in the box was perfect. The box they shipped it in was in perfect condition. So it was not FedEx. Someone packed a damaged filter. I contacted them and they sent a replacement filter at no cost. Did not have to return damaged filter. Good idea to check the filters for correct size and condition when they arrive.

Throughput is very valuable in a furnace filter. I need a replacement filter very often, every three months, for the dust that the filter traps. The dirty filter traps dirt better than a fresh one but the then the fan struggles with the dirty filter to draw the air through. For the price and quality I am happy.

The big box stores have filters up to 25x20x4, my unit requires a filter that is 25x20x5. They do the job very efficiently. We are having some dry-wall work done and amazed at all the dust that it catches.

The filters seem to be of decent quality, though hard to visibly notice the difference between a very good, good, and adequate filter. The filters are sturdy, fit snug in the unit, and seem to do their job. I don't give them 5-stars only because the house still gets fairly dusty though that may or may not be the fault of the filter. In any case, I continue to purchase them.

Excellent replacement filters! Most other companies replacement filters don't fit right or they are flimsy.
