Appreciate that the packaging for the twin packs has been significantly improved since I last ordered in 2023 and they arrived in perfect condition. In the past, the exterior of the shipping boxes always seemed to arrive crunched enough to dent the filters.

I got one less filter for the price from a previous purchase and there are not as many pleats so the quality is not there. I was in desperate need for filters do I used one anyway. We will see how long they last and how well they filter over the next few months. In the meantime, I didn’t like what I saw.

Thank you so much. I Have installed Goodman HVAC equipment in the past and used their filter bases because they matched the base on the furnace. Before the only place I could find the replacements was through a Goodman supplier because they are not a standard size. Recently they stopped supplying the filters with no option for their own brand name filter base. Since I had installed more than a couple furnaces and used this base I was concerned for my customers. The replacement filter that Goodman offered would not fit into the filter base. I also found replacements at Amazon but they were very expensive and I could not buy them wholesale for resale. The filters I received form You were of the same quality and around the wholesale cost. Win Win for my costumers and myself especially since I installed one in my own home.. Thank you so much.
