These are good filters and I like that they come with the black pads. I vacuum the pads every week and change the pads every 2 months as having a Golden Retriever that is a dander machine makes long use for the black pads not work. I feel that the pads would last longer for a household without pets.

The product works fine. But the machine needs two of the HEPA filters much more often than it needs the charcoal pre-filters. So I have a ton of unused charcoal filters, which keeps building up because I can't order the HEPA filters without also ordering the carbon pre-filters. Please make the HEPA filters available separately!

These are very good replacement filters and come with additional outer filters you can replace every 6 months. The inner filters last for 2 years.

This is a good product. Replacing filters in any air purifier is very expensive! These were not as expensive as some but still costly. I try to vacuum them off regularly to extend their life and rinse the charcoal pre filters and let them air dry before re installing. I have 3 different kinds of purifiers in my home. Sometimes I wonder if it’s easier to just replace the air purifier.

Excellent product, fully biodegradable. Each HEPA comes with FOUR carbon filters. Product that Lowes discontinued was full of plastic and had ONE carbon filter, effectively reducing the life of the HEPA without reducing the effectiveness of the carbon. Delivered in a timely fashion.

Everything works as should and it’s cheaper than ones I’ve found in the past. Bad thing was shipping. I paid for next day shipping and it took 7 days to get here. Just don’t pay for the extra shipping and you will be happy with your purchase
