This order they came with nice black pre type filter on the back of each which adds to the quality. My first order they did not come with these black filters, I hope my next ones do with the product number I have. Hopefully I was supposed to use them, they fit well and no troubles. The filters are grear quality, price and shipping was quick.

I am very pleased with these replacement HEPA filters. I have bought HEPA filters from other places before over the years, however, these were the only filters that had the additional black filter that actually fits into the frame of the HEPA filters making it easier to install.

I own a Holmes air purifier. The filters are quality and fit my machine perfectly not only that I priced out the filters at Walmart their costs for one filter is $15.00 and up and that's if they still supply them. The Discount Filter Companies has a offer when you purchase 4 filters it calculates out to $7 a filter and they send you a convenient reminder when to reorder them, the recommended replacement change is 3 months. We had forgotten how quiet our air filter machine was until we replaced the old filters with these new ones. No one had told us how often we should replace these filters so they had been in for 10 years. The instructions simple said to wash the foam filter on the service but did not mention the real filters behind the machine. Very pleasant experience with the new filters.
