Basically the same as my LG filters. Arrived on time with all 6 air and water filters I ordered. One problem... one of the water filters was missing an O-ring. Product cannot be used without the 2 O-rings. I removed an O ring from the old replaced filter and put in on the new one. So far, so good, but water filters should come with both O-rings on all. Nevertheless, when I have to reorder, I will us Direct again, but I am going to save all of my old O rings as a precaution just in case.
