2-Pack AIRx Replacement Water Panel Evaporator

This genuine AIRx Replacment will replace the humidifier filter (AKA water panel, water pad, evaporator pad) in many makes and models of whole house humidifiers. This product is found in the large bypass and fan powered humidifiers manufactured by Skuttle, Goodman, White-Rodgers and others.

Features:

Guaranteed to fit your whole house humidifier.
For optimum performance, replace panel once every 6 months. Areas with hard water may need to change their humidifier filter more often.
Constructed using an expanded aluminum mesh pad covered with a special clay-like coating that absorbs water and removes mineral deposits.
Wick NOT included, you will need to keep the wick from your existing panels. Wick part number is 000-1317-091.

The evaporator pads are fine. Unfortunately they do not include the diffuser for the distribution tray. I did not see where to order the diffuser. It should have come with the evaporator pad. Shipping was prompt.

Was very disappointed that it didn’t include new replacement wicks with the pads. Always received them with the evaporator pads ordered elsewhere.

Although these pads were ordered and shipped easily and received in a timely fashion, this particular evaporator pad requires a wick to disperse the water properly; and this 2-pack contained no wicks. So I had to take the extra step and call the mfgr, Skuttle and order 2 wicks from them, which slowed my ability to use the pad when received. In the future, including the necessary wick with this particular pad would allow it to be used immediately.

This 2-filter pack was a great deal. The quality is good and they were individually wrapped in plastic and shipped in a sturdy box. Unfortunately, they do not come with wicks which need to be replaced along with the filter. Otherwise I would have given this product five stars.
