I received the wrong filter. My unit is a C545 and the filter has an S. It is smaller than the filter you sent me. Please give me address to mail it back. I need the right filter. Otherwise I will start going to Amazon or the factory.

Packaging was great (double boxed), so 4 charcoal and 1 main filter arrive in great condition. Only problem was FedEx. After several days of shipping, I noticed package was bouncing around several cities near me for 7 more days when it finally arrived. ! often have trouble with FedEx.

I'm going to give you 5 stars because I think you're nice people, but it's almost impossible to tell how well a hepa filter is working until you've had it a while. It did fit very well so that's a good start. It was also a very good price. The shipping was a little slow.
