While the product is fine, shipping has become somewhat comical. I ordered 4 filters (FC200E1037) which came in 2 total boxes. Upon arrival, one box was damaged rendering the filters useless. While replacement was immediately sent, it also arrived damaged. At some point it’s on the shipper and not the carrier to provide a box that will survive. I did not make a second claim, will eat the loss and find a new supplier.

Not sure what to say since I have not used this specific product before. I prefer the Merv 10, which is what I thought I ordered, but what I received will fit into our heating unit so I am okay keeping them since I absolutely hate returning stuff..

Just thinner than some competitors, so now there is a small thump everytime the furnace blower turns on, and then another when it cycles off. Basically these do not wedge into the slots as tightly as they should (and others have) for my furnace. As other 20x25” models have in the past. Shrinkflation? Also disappointed they are not in individual sealed plastic bags. Beside the extra protection from the shipper puncturing the card boxes, as they did, these filters in a 4- pack theoretically will be used over a two year period (1/six months). Sure be nice to have the last ones used be fresh. (I placed and sealed them myself into individual new trash bags.)

Product is good. However, you are using flimsy boxes to ship the filters. The boxes are crushed to some degree with each shipment. One order had the filters damaged so bad, the filters were unusable. And because of other pressing issues, I did not ask for a refund; I just order new ones. Wish I had taken pictures so I could attach them.

Delivery time frame was great. Product ordered was a Merv 13 which should have many more pleats than a Merv 8 or 11. The number of pleats were much fewer than expected. Merv 13 indication is by a simple, unofficial hand stamp of "merv 13". If it was an actual Merv 13 filter you would think it would be on the printed text on the filter housing. I doubt this is a Merv 13 filter. Will not be purchasing again. Edited response. Thank you for the very specific article describing you use of Nanofiber filter media which achieves a Merv 13 rating. It appears to be a high tech solution to allow better air flow rates than older style Merv 13 filters. I recommend the following: 1. Make sure website clearly indicates the difference in technology. If it was there, I did not see it. 2. Professionally label your product with appropriate Merv rating. A rubber hand stamp does not indicate that any type of official standard has been satisfied.
