Grateful for the prices and fast shipping. Filters, however, are not 5" deep. More like 4 at best.

The product has been purchased for over 6 years now and does what I expect it to do in our system. The issue I had on my last delivery was 4 filters in one large box. The filters are usable but all 4 were noticeably dented and damaged due to the shipping box being crushed on one side corner. I was lucky because had the damage been more severe I would not be able to use all 4 items at all since they would not be able to fit in my filter enclosure. I strongly request that either you use a much stronger cardboard box or allow me to buy 2 boxes of 2 filters each at the same price on my next purchase. I will never buy 4 in one box again.

Good quality, good price and quick delivery. Only suggestion is 4 pack of 5” thick filters had to be pulled out of box all together in order to separate them. Perhaps bag filters separately or cardboard between filters so they don’t bind together.

This product is good. But I think the packing should be improved. I received the package with the outer carton box partially crushed. When I opened the box I found 3 filters out of 4 had been damaged a little. I straightened the damage by hand and used them. That’s why I suggest you to improve packaging and to use stronger box for 4 filters packing.

Filters work at least as well as manufacturers filters purchased at box store prices. Initial box of 4 had been damaged in shipping. One filter damaged beyond recovery. This is my second order and would highly recommend this vendor for Customer Service. I order online for my Mom who cannot shop in stores. I was generally pleased, however the two filters were "crushed" and needed to be reshaped. I thought the outside case may have been damaged by shipping but it was fine, so either the product is poorly constructed or someone "shoved" them into the box.

Hi, I've used the filters for years & have no issue with them. What bothers me is the way my last order of 4, shipped in two cardboard containers, containing 2 each. They were shipped by USPS. One container arrived just fine. The other container was rather smashed up. I'd call the cardboard of average thickness. No where on the container does it say, Do Not Crush, or any other such statement. These two filters in question are so bent up, I question their worthyness. Thanks. Larry Mount Hood, Oregon
