When my order was delivered, Fedex had crushed the box and damaged the filters. I was frustrated and wrote an email to the Customer Service and shared my frustration, and to my surprise they immediately sent a replacement order. I hadn't asked for anything, but they took it upon themselves to make it right. No fuss, no hassle, they just acted to make things right and they did. This is what customer service should be like and I will continue to be thheir customer.

The filters appear to be seconds. While that is not a major concern, the pleats were meshed together because many of the pleat separators were not in place. With a bit of work, I was able to put everything back were it belonged. While this was an inconvenience, the price was still worth the little bit of work I had to put into getting them back in place.

With the covid-19 i feel confident with the MERV 13 cleaning the air better than lower rated filters. these are a direct replacement for the factory filter.

Not as good as OEM original. I change filters ever 6 months and haven’t found any dust or dirt penetrating the blower housing. Supply & return ducts are clean and clear of dust (home 4 years old, subject filters used after 6 months after settlement). I install only MERV 13.
