The filters are good quality. The only gripe I had there was a hole on each side of the shipping box. I didn’t consider that was their fault. I carefully removed each filter from the box and the filters were still usable.

The filters I got were damaged in the shipping process and most were unusable. This happened twice for the same order. This company was good at replacing damaged goods the first try. After shipping a second time, the filters were damaged again and I just gave up. They need to find sturdy boxes or change shipping companies.

I have already been asked to review my order of filters and did so. I am very happy with the quality and price of the filters. Its the way they are shipped that doesn't make since to me. They are sent from the factory in Indianapolis Indiana to Champaign Illinois(pass Springfield Illinois) to St. Louis Missouri then back to Springfield Illinois and last to New Berlin Illinois which is about 10 miles west of Springfield Illinois. I will still order more when I need them.
