This purchased item was the first A/C air conditioner filter that perfectly fits in the return area plenum within the stacked, metal framing region of our indoor central air-handling region. All other such 20x24x4 air-filters were not good fits, including the product provided by the A/C seller and installer about 4-5-years ago... and on an ongoing replacement basis. The filter has been perfect for my needs. I couldn't ask for any better and the customer service has been great. I recently experienced a shipment delivery problem where the delivery box was smashed and crushed-in. Inside the box were two filters that were damaged. I informed customer service, displaying pictures of the damaged box and the filters, and they sent me an entire replacement shipment and had me throw out the damaged filters, all at no additional cost to me. I shall always be using Discount Filters for my system needs.

These are NOT the QuickBox "some assembly required". These are ready to install. They slide in very easily.
