The product is fine - the packaging for shipping, not so much. I ordered 4 of these, and they arrived in 2 different boxes- one sized just right for 2, and one way to large for the other two, without any packing inside to keep them from tossing around. The two in the small box arrived in great shape, the two in the large box were dented and bent, but still of use with some effort to re-straighten them. They ought to have been packed better, considering their cost.

It appears to be well made and at a lower cost. My concern is that it does not have as much filtration area as the original "Top Tech". I calculate 800 sq. in. , and your replacement filter calculates to about 600 sq. in. Additionally, I have purchased filters from Discount Filters before, and plan to do so in the future due to economics and terrific customer service.
