Product is just great, always used MERV 11 and ordered form DISCOUNT FILTER. But this time it was not YOUR fault....the end of the box was crushed in and damaging one filter..told the FEDX...but didnt help...said file a claim....too much of a hassle...I still have the broken box and damaged filter....if you want me to send it back....just advise.

Discount Filters You need to show the exact measurements to the filter product, My custom filter order was # 627025- 19"x20"x1/4"- Merv 11 / I wanted PF-02-192004BC-2 MERV !!This size says 19-1/8"x19-7/8'X4-5/16' - I ordered four (19"x20'x1/4") which are the wrong size. I ordered them before from Discount Filters - PF-02-192004BC-2 MERV 11which were correct. Order # 6270251 ( 4 ) were the wrong size, can I send them back for new ones ? I am just a little concerned that the filters that you sent me are indeed Merv 11 filters. There were no labels indicating that they were. Nothing written on the sides of the filters. Why is this? The older filter that I got from another company had very clear writing on them. What if you sent me a lower grade filter ? How would i know? It is really too soon to tell if these filters are working right. Ask me again in a few months.

Filters themselves are of good quality and fit well. Shipping was fast. Packaging is very bad - box was crushed to the point that one filter had cardboard cross supports ripped out and not sure it is usable. Second filter was badly bent but will work. Also not shipped in an inner plastic bag which concerns me if box gets wet in transport.
