The filters were fine, the shipping took forever. If the filters are needed in a reasonable amount of time this is not the best option. The order was placed on April 8th and delivery did not occur until Aprill 22. The filters were shipped by Fedex who after several days transferred them to the USPS who also held them for numerous days. In all it took 14 days to receive the order.

The filters are great. Your service is disappointing. I have been a regular customer for years. I called in to your service desk asking if I could order just one filter rather than two this time (and only this time). The lady said no, they will only ship in quantities of two filters per box. So I ordered the two filters from you, but then went to competitor web site that allowed me to order just one filter. Their prices were comparable ... so henceforth, I will be ordering my filters from them since they were willing to accommodate my request.
