My filter typically last for 6 months. Why do I have to buy 2 at a time. I could understand if they were shipped in one box, but they come in two different boxes separately.

THE PRODUCT SEEMS JUST FINE. IT WAS THE PACKAGING THAT WAS SUB-PAR. BOTH BOXES ARRIVED WITH A DENT IN THE SIDE. DIDN'T THINK MUCH ABOUT IT UNTIL I OPENED IT TO DISCOVER THE FILTER WAS DENTED ALL THE WAY ACROSS. I NEEDED TO USE IT SO I GOT IT IN THE HOUSING BY PINCHING THE SIDES IN AND SHOVING IT IN. I SEE NO BREAKS SO I GUESS IT WILL WORK OK BUT DON'T REALLY KNOW. THESE SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOUBLE BOXED AND MARKED FRAGILE.

I did give you a 4 star rating because I know you were concerned about my problem when I called. The numbers problem was not a happy event.
