Excellent filters. Great price (after a 20% discount)! I've been using Discount Filters for our refrigerator and HVAC system for over a decade now. I replace the HVAC filters with the scheduled Spring and Fall Service, and the refrigerator filers about every six months -- but its on a slightly different cycle -- and a light on the display panel tells us when the water filter is due.

I have not notice any better filtration from this $40 filter than from my $19 filter. I asked my cleaning ladies did it seem like there was less dust when cleaning and their answer was NO.

First of all these filters replace a very complicated comb filter that was difficult to install properly. These filters simply fit precisely where the old one did. Installation took all of thirty seconds! In addition they were MERV 13 (the higher the number the better the filter) and the price was fantastic. All in all, a wonderful deal!!

We were using the original Aprilaire 2200 fllters with the plactic spacers. The spacers broke and and the Merv 13 fit and seem to be working fine. I also want to comment what a pleasue it is to work with discount filters. One of the filters were damaged during shipping and they replaced it without question.
