Custom filters are made-to-order for customers with unusual filter sizing that is not covered by our stock selection. Our custom MERV 11 pleated filters rated according to ASHRAE 52.2 standards. These are the ultimate filters for indoor air quality. They are designed not only to reduce dust, but have the ability to capture most common allergens. These should be changed every 3 months under normal use.

Important notes on custom filters:

• Unlike stock sizes - custom filters are made to the exact measurement that you specify.
• Each case of custom filters can take up to 2 business days to make and ship. Accelerated shipping options are not available.
• 1" custom filters will be 3/4" in thickness, 2" custom filters will be 1 3/4" in thickness, 4" custom filters will be 3 3/4" in thickness
• The manufacturing of extra large sizes my consist of more than one filter taped together

The electrostatically charged 100% synthetic graduated density media is continuously bonded to a 30 gauge galvanized, corrosion resistant, expanded metal support grid with an effective open area of 96%. The media is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, does not absorb moisture and will not support microbial growth. The controlled pleat spacing maximizes surface area and dust holding capacity and is bonded to the enclosure frame to prevent dust bypass. The enclosure frame is constructed of high wet strength moisture resistant beverage board. The diagonal support members of the frame are bonded to the entering and exiting apexes of each pleat to prevent pleat collapse and filter bowing.
