I have used your filters for several years. I have not had any problems with them. Delivery time was really poor this time. Ordered on the 8th and did not receive until the 23rd. FedEx has been giving really poor service for our area.

If these filters cannot be packaged better and or the delivery method changed I will stop using your company. This is the second time I have received damaged filters. Sides caved in and torn making them useless. Please send me replacements or refund my money. I have taken pictures if you are interested.

I bought the Skuttle filter assembly from Lute Supply several years ago in Columbus, Ohio. And I bought the replacement filters from them as well. But, they've changed their policy and I can no longer make purchases there as a private individual. I couldn't find another source for the Skuttle filters locally, so I tried another brand with the 16x25x5 dimensions. They don't fit!! Why? Because the Skuttle filter is really only 24 inches long, which it needs to be to fit in the Skuttle filter box, whereas the other brand measured closer to an actual 25 inches. It appears that Skuttle made the filter box this way to limit replacement filters to only their brand. If I had been aware of this when I purchased and installed the filter box, I would never have made this selection in the first place. So I made the on-line purchase of replacement filters, which will give me time to decide whether I want to replace the filter box with one that will actually take a 25-inch more readily avai

I am an 86yr old single lady. I only need 2 filters a year, and have been ordering since 2014. They all treat me with such respect. One lady even remembered talking to me in the past and noted that.
