I had ordered the wrong filters, my mistake. Went online to return the wrong ones and they automatically sent the correct filters. No extra charge to me... The filters came to me in excellent condition. They were priced at about half the price of similar filters I have been purchasing at Walmart or Menards. It has been increasingly difficult to find this filter locally so I was very happy to find a source of supply elsewhere. Response time was very good. So far the use life of the one filter I have implemented for use has equaled or exceeded those I have been using in the past. I am very satisfied.
