Product is great, but the shipping was poor.This shipment took11 days to arrive damaged. The box was handed off to USPS and did a multi city tour before arriving. The box was gored damaging one filter which we can still use. Do not need to file a claim, just don't understand the convoluted shipment route. Always had 5 star service in the past.
