I bought these filters after learning I was using too high of a MERV rating in my system. Once i put these in, the "sucking" sound disappeared from my return register and I noticed a little bit warmer stream from the outlets. Also, the distribution of heat was improved at the furthest outlets.

I have been buying these filters for at least the past 5 or 6 years and found them to be of good quality. I have only one negative comment and it is that they come USPS and I then must drive some 20 miles round trip to pick them up and the box always showed some damage.

We have a permanent filter for our A/C and have washed it a couple of times a year. After 5 years the permanent filter is showing signs of rust. I tried buying another permanent filter but it wouldn’t fit. I tried the cardboard ones and they didn’t work. Then I purchased your filters and they work. The reason why they work is that are 3/4 thick. All previous filters purchased were 1 inch thick. Very pleased.
